Eligibility
✓ Education: Enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or PhD programme, OR have graduated within the past two years. All academic disciplines are welcome.
✓ Nationality: Open to all nationalities. Indian students are fully eligible.
✓ Language: Proficient in at least one of UNICEF’s working languages — English, French, or Spanish. Fluency in the language of the specific office may also be required for some positions.
✓ No immediate relatives at UNICEF: Applicants must not have immediate family members (parents, siblings, spouse) currently employed at UNICEF or in their reporting line.
✓ Health Insurance: Must provide proof of valid health insurance. Interns are responsible for their own medical insurance — UNICEF does not reimburse medical costs.
✓ Work Experience: Not required. Strong academic performance and genuine commitment to UNICEF’s mission are the key selection criteria.
