Why This Opportunity Matters
Germany is facing a significant shortage of skilled workers in the hospitality sector. The German Government’s HiH programme was created specifically to bridge this gap by bringing in qualified professionals from India and other countries — with full government backing on both sides.
For a Hotel Management graduate currently working in India, this represents a rare, government-backed pathway to a career in Europe — with a minimum salary of €2,500 per month (approximately ₹2,70,000), full language training support, visa assistance, accommodation help, and a long-term settlement pathway for your family.
Unlike private recruitment agencies, NORKA Roots is a government undertaking with zero tolerance for corruption and minimum recruitment charges — making this one of the safest and most transparent routes to work in Germany from Kerala.
